Leaders Investing in Leaders

Christian Leadership Alliance

In 2016, Christian Leadership Alliance (CLA) celebrates 40 years of leaders investing in leaders.  It all began on March 20, 1976, when a group of 20 people met for the first time in a small meeting room inside the old Rodger Young Auditorium in Los Angeles.

The founders of this gathering identified a true felt need for professional growth and practical understanding of business fundamentals among nonprofit ministry leaders. They were passionate about operational excellence from a biblical perspective, certain that this knowledge would unleash greater kingdom outcomes. The mission then remains true today – to equip and unite leaders to transform the world for Christ.

CLA has a rich history and thousands of dynamic leaders have invested in this Alliance through the years. While the name of the Alliance has changed several times, it has remained mission-true for 40 years.

Today the annual gathering of Christ-centered leaders is known as The Outcomes Conference.

At the Outcomes Conference: CLA Dallas April 19-21, 2016, participants will select from over 350-hours of learning experiences:

The Alliance’s faculty of leaders stand ready to train other leaders how to steward well the business of ministry. Educational tracks are arranged based on eight core areas: executive leadership, resource development, financial management, tax & legal, board governance, marketing & communication, and Internet & technology.

The Outcomes Conference is the most comprehensive Christian leadership training event of the year.

Early registration savings are available through October 31, 2015.  CLA members receive another special conference benefit.  When they register four leaders at one time, an additional registration is granted for free. You can learn more about CLA membership HERE.

Register today and be part of this movement of leaders who are committed to personal and professional growth for one purpose and one holy outcome.

No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him. – I Corinthians 2:9
