At the  Outcomes Conference, CLA Dallas 2015, Christian Leadership Alliance brings leaders a focus on “time.” God has called you into leadership for such a time as this. The goal of this national leadership training event is to equip you to pursue the kingdom outcomes that God  has ordained. The time we have each been given is short and the mission is urgent.

This year CLA presents over 100+ learning experiences and a dynamic line up of keynote speakers. Here is a summary of what’s in store for you:

General Sessions

General Sessions are scheduled throughout the conference. These are the key times when all attendees have an opportunity to gather as one alliance, unite in worship, and learn from the wisdom of highly recognized Christian communicators and thought leaders. Come and be challenged and inspired by  Jonathan Evans, David Kinnaman, Israel Gaither, Walt Wilson, Judge Ken Starr, Joni Eareckson Tada, Christine Caine and more.

Intensive Training Institute (ITI)

The Intensive Training Institute (ITI) offers you a day of intensive and interactive study that will have an immediate impact on your effectiveness as a leader. There are 21, 6-hour ITI seminars covering topics in the areas of executive leadership, resource development, people management and care, Internet and technology, communications and marketing, tax and legal, and financial management.  Academy Classes

This year, there are 8 academy classes that are 12.5 hours in duration. These classes are designed so you can go deep on the key issues facing Christian leaders. Workshops

This year there are 72 information-packed workshops and each one is 90-minutes in duration. Led by some of America’s leading Christian thought leaders, these workshops are organized into eight focused tracks. Special Forums

CEO FORUM – This unique event offers CEOs, presidents and executive directors of ministries and businesses the opportunity to network, collaborate, share ideas and engage with some of America’s most compelling thought leaders. In 2015, CLA has gathered leading scholars and researchers to present the results of cutting edge research in the areas that will most relate to senior ministry leaders. This applied research experience is sure to transform your current thinking. (Limited to 100 participants – must be registered for the Academic Experience.)

PROPEL FOR WOMEN – This forum will empower you to embrace your unique calling as a Christian woman in leadership. Hosted by Bianca Juarez Olthoff , the Chief Storyteller for The A21 Campaign, you will hear from her and an impressive panel of leaders: Dr. Lois Evan, Jenni Catron, Judy Douglass, and Dr. Halee Gray Scott. Christine Caine, global speaker, author, and founder of A-21 Ministries will be on hand to share what she sees God doing in the lives of women and her vision for equipping them.  (Currently limited to 100 participants – must be registered for the Academic Experience.)
