About the Presenters
Dave Rippey has provided executive leadership in both public and private sectors for nearly three decades. He’s led training for executive development at Pennsylvania Blue Shield and helped to establish the Institute for Corporate Education at Aetna Life and Casualty. He also directed the curriculum and staff development team for the School of Professional Studies and the U.S. Foreign Service Institute.
Dave has held academic and teaching appointments at the University of Connecticut, Harvard, and the Aspen Institute. His focus at Strengthening Leaders is to develop and apply extensive leadership and knowledge research into the effective models, tools and processes supporting our work with clients worldwide.
Bill Frisby is founder and CEO of Strengthening Leaders. With over 30 years of international non-profit and corporate leadership experience, he provides executive coaching and organizational consulting. He has worked with leaders from many organizations including Operation Mobilization, The Gideons International and Chick-fil-A.
Bill speaks at various conferences in the US and abroad on topics including leadership, management and missions. Bill earned a BA Degree in Business Administration/Marketing and did his graduate studies at Talbot Theological Seminary and Biola, majoring in Inter-Cultural Studies and Pastoral Ministry. In 1989, Bill was ordained at First Baptist Church of Atlanta, Georgia by Andy and Dr. Charles Stanley.
