Welcome to the Christian Leadership Alliance blog.
Today we launch this new blog by introducing you to who we are, what we do, and what you can expect to find here in the future.
First of all, Christian Leadership Alliance (CLA) is a national organization that unites, trains, and equips Christian leaders to think higher for greater kingdom gain. We move beyond good Christian management to empower Christian leadership that’s catalytic in its transformation of people, their organizations, and ultimately the world. We are an alliance of mission focused Christians who lead in today’s high-impact Christian nonprofit ministries, churches, educational institutions, and businesses.
This blog provides you access to the wisdom and insights of some of today’s outstanding Christian thought leaders and practitioners. Extensive collaboration and a shared vision for God’s plan enable us to deliver higher thinking and the best practices for organizational effectiveness.
Our focus at CLA is on eight core leadership disciplines and we organize all our learning experiences around these themes. And so you will find our blog content organized by these categories as well:
- Executive Leadership
- Resource Development
- Financial Management
- Tax & Legal
- Board Governance
- People Management and Care
- Internet and Technology
- Communications and Marketing
The work published here represents just one of the many ways we bring Christian thought leadership to you. Our objective is to maximize multiple distribution channels, formats, and learning experiences so leaders get what they need, when they need it. We hope you will explore all we have to offer!
We encourage you to subscribe and join our community. We welcome your comments and hope you engage in the conversations. Share with others posts that inspire you and if you feel compelled and want to contribute to the blog, we have a way to make that possible, too. Every person has a gift to offer for the benefit of the body and we have a place where you can fit in at CLA.
We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, the give encouragement; if it is giving, then give gnerously; if it is to lead, do it dlilgently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully. ~Romans 12:6-8
